Smallable is moving
to better serve you!


Over the past 10 years, Smallable has grown a lot.

What started out as a concept store for children, selling 60 brands in just a dozen or so countries, has evolved into The Family Concept Store we are today! We now stock more than 800 designers and brands for babies, kids, teens, women and the home, and deliver to more than 100 countries worldwide.
Today, to accompany this growth and to continue to ensure that we are always best serving you, our loyal customers, we are changing our logistics platform - the warehouse where we stock our products, and from where we prepare and expedite your orders.

Why are we changing our logistics platform?

You are always our priority. We are making this change to improve the quality of our service, so that we can more readily provide you with the absolute best customer experience, including optimised delivery and transport options in better timeframes. 

How will this impact you?

Please be assured, your orders will still be delivered.
However, during this transition period, the preparation of certain orders may experience delays of between 7 to 9 days. These delays will be specified on the product detail pages of the products concerned and, again, once these items are placed in your shopping bag.
Concerning your orders, it is also possible that they could be expedited as two separate packages and from two different warehouses. However, in this case, please know that you will only be charged once for delivery fees. In the case of double shipments, we will cover the costs of standard delivery for one of the two shipments. If you choose another shipping option (other than standard), we will deduct the price of standard shipping from final price of your chosen shipping provider.

If your order contains in-stock products, and these products are in transit from our former warehouse to our new one, you may choose to receive your order in one single delivery or to split it and receive your order as several separate packages. Please select your preferred delivery method when finalising your order in the section ‘Delivery Method’ of the ‘My Shopping Bag’ page.

If you choose to receive your order in one single delivery,

your order will only be sent once all the products in your order have arrived and are available in our new logistics warehouse.

If you choose to split your delivery,

we will send out your order as soon as the first items become available. The remaining items will be expedited as a second package once they become available. Smallable will pay the additional fees for this second delivery.


Your satisfaction being our number one priority, we have put in place the necessary organisational protocols and taken the necessary measures to ensure this move is carried out smoothly, in the best possible conditions.
