Which are the means of payment accepted by SMALLABLE?Smallable offers you different payment methods: Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and e-carte bleue. Credit card payments are always carried out in Euros, even if you navigate in another currency ($, £ ou CHF).
Smallable also accepts payments by PayPal and bank transfers. You can therefore pay in euros, pounds or US dollars.
We sincerely apologise for not accepting payments by check.
Are the payments by card really protected?SMALLABLE takes the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. To this end, the site uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking co-ordinates during their transmission over Internet. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by software from the padlock symbol which appears in your navigator. The transaction is carried out via the French bank, Crédit Agricole which alone receives the banking information provided on the site at the time of the payment. When you enter your bank card number to pay for your purchases, in reality you transmit your banking data directly to our bank, Crédit Agricole, which records them in its highly-protected server. This information is not forwarded by any intermediary, not even SMALLABLE, and is not stored either by our technical service providers.
Are taxes included?Our prices include all taxes for orders with country of destination in Europe.
For orders with countries of destination outside of Europe, the price does not include taxes. However, all orders are subject to potential customs taxes and fees of the country of destination. Your order may be detained and you might have to pay additional taxes and fees. The fees will have to be paid by the recipient of the package (this also applies to retail stores and wholesale).
Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the amount of fees and we are not able to determine the amount since the customs policies and the importation taxes vary from one country to another.
With provided proof, Smallable will proceed the reimbursement of the customs fees in less than 24 hours!

Why has my payment been refused?First of all, please verify your credit card details and the information provided to Smallable (first name, last name, etc.) and please try again after having verified. In addition, please contact your bank to make sure you are able to successfully make purchases.
