The company was founded in 2018 by the brand’s namesake Mushie and her husband Levie from their home in Southwest Houston. From small beginnings, the brand grew quickly by filling a gap in the American market with their offer of eco-friendly, affordable and aesthetically pleasing baby products. Mushie’s resolutely Scandinavian influence is no coincidence: the product design is split between a team of designers in Sweden and Houston and a portion of their products are made in Denmark.
