Morphée

The story of Morphée began in Aix-en-Provence in 2016 when a chance encounter brought Charlie Rousset and Guillaume Barathon together. With a shared interest in meditation and sophrology, the duo worked with a team of sleep experts to create a non-digital gadget that would help people enjoy deep, restful sleep… the result was Morphée. This portable, battery operated wooden box has 210 different combinations of guided meditation and sleep sessions, all carried out by sleep professionals. The different themes – ranging from body scan, to breathing, visualisation and nature sounds – each have eight different sessions to choose from in 8 and 20 minute versions. Listen through the built-in speaker or through your headphones for a totally disconnected, screen-less experience that will reduce stress and anxiety and help you to fall asleep peacefully and quickly.
