Rouge du Rhin
The original “Rouge du Rhin” is a colour typical to the Alsace region: a natural red colourant based on the madder root, used by local dyers. The dye gave a red hue to the water they used, which ended up in the Rhine. Nowadays it’s also a brand, similarly poetic in character, launched by Marianne Diemer. In 1995, the graphic designer decided to dust off the world of household linens, printing graphic motifs onto traditional fabrics. The results are to “dye” for! Rouge du Rhin’s creations are manufactured entirely in France with care for the environment. Let them shake up the look of your home!
