delivery to FRANCE

Standard Delivery by Colissimo

Packages are delivered within 48-72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, except for national holidays. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up your package at your nearest post office. Packages are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Express Delivery by Chronopost

Packages are delivered within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Because Express parcels are delivered within 1 working day, orders placed on Thursday afternoon and Friday will be delivered on Monday. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up your package at your nearest post office. Packages are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. A form of identification is required in order to receive your package. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Delivery by Mondial Relay Domicile 1

A deliveryman will deliver the order to your home within 3 to 6 working days. The package is delivered to you personally, in front of your building. The shipper will telephone you to arrange a delivery date to your home within 24 hours of having transferred the items to the shipper. Please ensure you note all information regarding the access to the delivery address (building number, entry codes) during your order, as well as a telephone number where you are easily reachable. The deliveryman neither unwraps the package nor takes it up to your floor (if relevant).

In case of absence, the shipper will telephone you for a new delivery date. If they cannot reach you, they will send a letter by post. In either case, the deliveryman will leave a note to say they attempted to deliver the item(s), with the telephone number of the Mondial Relay agency you must contact to arrange a new delivery date.

Mondial Relay keeps the package for 10 working days. After this period, the package shall be returned to Smallable.

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY BY MONDIAL RELAY

Two deliverymen will deliver the order to your home within 3 to 6 working days. The package(s) can be taken up to your floor if necessary (if relevant), to the room of your choice. The shipper will telephone you to arrange a delivery date to your home within 24 hours of having transferred the items to the shipper. Please ensure you note all information regarding access to the delivery address (building number, entry codes, and floor) during your order, as well as a telephone number where you are easily reachable. The deliverymen can unwrap the package and dispose of the packaging.

If you are absent, the shipper will telephone you for a new delivery date. If they cannot reach you, they will send a letter by post. In either case, the deliveryman will leave a note to say they attempted delivery, with the telephone number of the Mondial Relay agency you must contact to arrange a new delivery date.

Mondial Relay keeps the package for 10 working days. After this period, the package shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Delivery to Delivery Points and Delivery Points Drive XL (Mondial Relay)

Delivery will take place within 48 hours from Tuesday to Saturday, except national holidays, within a time frame that varies from 08:00 to 21:00 according to the business and location (urban or rural) of the Delivery Point, no delivery will take place on Mondays. You can choose your closest Delivery Point. You will be informed of the availability of your package at your Delivery Point by email. A form of identification will be required in order to receive your package. In case you are unable to pick up the package, a third party can pick it up for you if you notify Mondial Relay in advance by contacting Mondial Relay Customer Services on (+33) (0) 892 707 617 (€0.34/min). The third party must show a form of identification.

The package is available for pickup at the Mondial Relay delivery point for 10 working days. After this period, the package shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Deliveries to Drive XL

Delivery to Drive XL Delivery Points is reserved for voluminous items. Drive XL Delivery Points cannot deliver to your home.

 

EUROPE - Delivery of non-voluminous items -

Delivery by BPOST Belgium

Delivery to your home takes place within 2 to 3 working days. In case of absence during the delivery, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up the package at your closest post office. You can also call the telephone number on the note to ask for a free second delivery. The package is available at the post office for 10 working days. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Delivery by BPOST International (Northern and Eastern Europe)

Delivery to your home will take place within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. Please allow for 1 to 2 extra working days for Spain, Bulgaria, Iceland and Lithuania. In case of absence during the delivery, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up the package at your closest post office. You can also call the telephone number on the note to ask for a free second delivery. The package is available at the post office for 10 working days. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Smallable.

 

Delivery by FedEx 

Delivery to your home will take place within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery.

If there is no one present to sign for the package, FedEx will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery during the next three working days. If the shipper does not deliver the package, it will be returned to Smallable.

 

Delivery by UPS EXPRESS

The delivery takes place the following day (working day) before 10:30 to most business addresses in Europe, for all orders placed before 15:00 on our website.

Delivery the following day (working day) until 10:30 or 12:00 to most business addresses in the US and most of Canada business centers.

Definite day delivery, 2 to 3 business days after the request, from 10:30 until 12:00 in some areas in Asia. 

 

Delivery by BARTOLINI (Italy)

Delivery to your home will take place within 3 to 4 working days. In case of absence during the delivery, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up the package at your closest post office. The shipper keeps the package for 10 working days. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to Smallable. 

 

Delivery by SEUR (Spain)

Delivery to your home will take place within 8 to 10 working days. In case of absence during the delivery,

SEUR will attempt to deliver three times. If the third delivery is unsuccessful, the shipper keeps your package for 4 days. If you contact the shipper during this time, you can ask for a new delivery but you will be charged an extra cost. If you do not contact the shipper, the package will be returned to Smallable.

 

EUROPE Delivery of Voluminous Items  -

Delivery by CALBERSON

Shipper reserved for the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, and Italy.

Delivery to your home will take place within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination. A deliveryman delivers your package in front of your building. The shipper will telephone you to arrange a delivery date.

Please ensure you note all information regarding access to the delivery address (building number, entry codes, and floor) during your order, as well as a telephone number where you are easily reachable. In case of absence, the deliveryman will leave a voicemail with a telephone number you must call back to arrange a free second delivery.

 

rest of the world  - Delivery of non-voluminous items -

Delivery by FedEx

Delivery to your home will take place within 5 working days, depending on the destination. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed upon delivery.

If there is no one present to sign for the package, FedEx will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery during the next 3 working days. If the shipper does not deliver the package, it will be returned to Smallable.

 

REST OF THE WORLD - Delivery of voluminous items -

We do not deliver voluminous items (furniture, large pieces of decor, etc.) outside Europe.

 

Important Notes

- The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. These time frames are on top of item availability and order preparation time. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.

- For items that are not immediately available, a time frame of their availability in our warehouse is stated on the product page. These time frames are on top of package delivery time depending on the shipper chosen.

- We aim to give you precise information regarding shipping fees. You can check the exact shipping fees for your basket by entering the delivery country, without having to log into your account or create an account, and before the payment stage.

- Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the delivery destination, weight and total volume of the ordered items, in the fairest way possible.

For deliveries in countries where FedEx does not deliver, please contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Measures to take during delivery 

During the delivery of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must enter the details of the damage on the Shipper’s Delivery Slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The Shipper’s Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Smallable or the shipping company.

Customs

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).  

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Once you have sent us your receipt for the fees that you have paid, Smallable will refund you these fees within 24 hours.
